LGBTQIA+ Training

Our LGBTQIA+ training services are available for various groups, including counsellors, organisations, charities, education settings, and others. We customise our training to suit your organisation's needs.

My involvement in Liverpool Queer Minds and experience in healthcare and private counselling has allowed me to develop well-rounded training that incorporates diverse LGBTQIA+ perspectives.

Alongside qualifications in Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector (PTTLS) and Diversity and Inclusion Management (CMI Level 5), I use my counselling skills, creativity, and interactive activities to engage participants in a meaningful way and make my training itself queer.

As a queer activist, I am passionate about supporting the LGBTQIA+ community through building awareness and knowledge for those outside of the community. I do this by actively engaging in conversation, active listening, and reflection to encourage participants in my training to have an open mindset.

I believe that through conversation and education, we can plant seeds. These seeds can take root and blossom into a deeper understanding and appreciation for the LGBTQIA+ community, leading to more inclusive and accepting attitudes and behaviours

I loved how interactive it was and how my colleagues were so open and honest.
I also thought you were really open and informative.
People felt comfortable to be honest and share personal stories or questions.
